J.C. Booth Bands
Directors:

Brad Moore serves as the Director of Bands at J.C. Booth Middle School. He brings over two decades of experience in music education to the classroom. Before joining Booth, Brad spent five years as the band director at Bainbridge Middle School and 16 years leading the band program at Whigham School.
He is a proud graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's degree in instructional technology. Mr. Moore is currently pursuing an EdS. in music education from Auburn University. Brad is deeply passionate about fostering a love for music in his students. Outside the classroom, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter. Brad is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and enjoys cheering on the team at UGA football games. GO DAWGS!!
Brad is dedicated to creating a positive and inspiring environment for young musicians and looks forward to many years of shaping the next generation of musicians at J.C. Booth.

Cheyenne Riedel serves as the assistant director for McIntosh High School and the Assistant director for the 6th Grade Band at J.C. Booth. Originally from Rome, Georgia, Cheyenne Riedel graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Music Education, Jazz Studies Certificate, and English Literature Minor in the Spring of 2024. She is pursuing a master's in music education with an emphasis in conducting from the University of West Georgia. During her musical career, Ms. Riedel has performed in various ensembles, including the University of West Georgia’s Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and The Marching Wolves. She has been working with the McIntosh Band Program for the past two years, and is excited to be able to continue working with this program as the Assistant Band Director. Ms. Riedel and her Fiancé, Jacob, love staying inside on rainy nights with their two cats: Karter Wiggles and Athena.
